right after work, bf and i went over to Yummy Claypot along the roads of Katong to get our dinner. it's a pretty expensive fare. but the portion is excessive too. i definitely couldnt finish my share. kang kong & their signature dish, the fatty pork bee hoon.

another of their signature claypot rice. but to me, not being a fan of claypot rice, i wouldnt think much of it. the appearance of the store is majestic though. 
on our way to Koon Phi's house, we went to Kallang's drive thru Mac!!! it's my first time buying from the Drive thru. i must say, it's damn efficient! we barely waited! and the orders were packed almost immediately! HAHA! damn awesome. i'm very very impressed!
and here we are, to Koon Phi's house for mahjong. after a round of playing, we balanced out with no winnings at all. well, at least we're not losing (: and seems like bian bian had fun too (:
on our way back, we got stopped by a police road block. luckily it was just a routine check. it was much of a hassle to just answer "i didnt have alcohol' while he used the breathlyser to check for my alcohol levels.
thank god i was never an alcohol person. Well, good to abstain. good to refrain. (:
